We are a leading real estate team in the GTA seeking an experienced
Inside Sales Rep Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate administration, strong Communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Manage CRM system
Nurture and follow up with leads to build relationships.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
Daily social media post & video editing
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Draft engaging email newsletters and product highlights using marketing platforms, drafting and scheduling templates (Active Campaign)
-You will collaborate seamlessly with your team to help turn clients' dreams of homeownership into reality.
-Collecting and organizing information, as well as preparing real estate documents for closing, will become second nature to you.
- Help create and manage marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns. Bonus if you have videography/photography skills or are keen to develop those skills!

Commissions - $1000 per Seller/Buyer deal conversion in addition to the base salary
