Key Responsibilities
Pursuing the prospecting tasks provided by team lead
Qualifying and engaging with potential clients over phone, email and in person
Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects
Maintaining a database of all interactions made
Providing general administrative support to team lead
Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all RECBC required documents for compliance purposes
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary
degree in business
, marketing, or related field would be an asset
Strong English
communication skills
, both written and verbal
Minimum
2 years of sales
and customer service experience
Previous
cold calling
expertise would be considered as an asset
Proficient in the use of G Suite applications and Microsoft Office software
Real estate related experience is preferred, but not required
A current
real estate license
is required
A valid
driver's license and access to a vehicle
would be an asset
