Role Description
RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate is currently looking for motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Oakville, ON. This is a full-time, commission-based role where you'll work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to help them achieve their real estate goals. Key Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Property Showings: Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information and advice.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and developments to guide clients effectively.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of sale on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome.
- Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from initial offer to closing, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of documentation.
- Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to promote listings through social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment, contributing to the success of all team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario real estate license
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and negotiation processes
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in real estate software (MLS, CRM) and online marketing tools
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience with pre-construction and commercial properties is an asset
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
