Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist sellers and buyers in selling and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Provide advice on market trends and conditions, property values, financing solutions, legal requirements and related matters
  • Market clients' homes/properties for highest impact, attract buyers, build strong campaigns, close deals
  • Determine clients' wants and needs along with financials abilities and guide them to solutions that suit their current and future needs
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, ensuring fair and honest negotiations with the best outcome for the client
  • Communicate regularly with clients, possible clients, office administration staff, industry partners including lawyers, appraisers, lenders and more. Develop and grow networks.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Keep realtor license and E&O insurance in good standing
