Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with buying, selling, and marketing properties
• Conduct market research to develop and accurately predict property values and competitive prices
• Show property to potential buyers or investors
• Create and maintain property searches
• Maintain and connect with clients in a professional, friendly manner
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process of home ownership
• Stay up- to-date with real estate rules and regulations and trends
• Draft contracts and offer letters

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to build a lasting connection to the clients, phone skills are a plus
• Must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast paced environment
• Coachability and a growth mindset with a positive attitude
• Driven to succeed, with a work ethic to match

Requirements:

• RECA License or working towards RECA license (Required)
• Driving License is must
• Strong work ethic and integrity
