Team-sourced appointments only--no need for prospecting
A minimum of
8 transactions is guaranteed within the first 12 months
after completing training, provided that agreed-upon conversion benchmarks are met.
Commission split reflects full backend and marketing support
Role requires full-time commitment and availability for client meetings
Our track record shows trained and qualified Core OSA makes around $98,000 NET in their first year

Responsibilities
Conduct appointments with warm prospects (booked by the teamor brought in by yourself)
Present our unique VIP services and sign Buyer Agreements
Show properties and provide expert real estate advice
Handle offers and negotiations from start to finish
Provide full-service support to seller clients once a listing agreement is secured
Collaborate with team members to ensure five-star client experiences
Qualifications
Ontario real estate license required
Native Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency; English working fluency
Core OSA requires full-time availability; Open-end OSA can be part-time
Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to grow
Willingness to follow proven systems and embrace coaching
