  • Preparation for sales launch: set up physical and electronic files, contract writing and contract checking
  • Process all post-sales administrative work such as: data and record entry, deposit collection, distribution of disclosure statement amendment, contract addendum, modification agreements, and commission calculation
  • Administer various purchasers\xe2\x80\x99 incentive programs and after-sales commitments: E.g., rental program and car share delivery
  • Process assignment of purchase agreement and data entry for the Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Registry (CSAIR)
  • Receive, screen and respond to internal & external administrative queries
  • File audit, update & maintenance
  • This job involves heavy data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as per request from management

Skill Requirements

  • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat and other software programs from MS Office Suite is a must
  • Experience in Avesdo, Spark, Maximizer or other CRM and contract management software systems is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent with client services
  • A very detailed oriented person and always strive for precision, efficiency and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with statutory requirements related to pre-selling condo in B.C. including the Real Estate Development and Marketing Act, Strata Property Act, Real Estates Services Act, FINTRAC and CSAIR is a definite asset
  • Education and work experience in the field of real estates, legal assistant, paralegal, or accounting preferred
  • Strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet important deadlines
  • Ability to proactively follow up on cases to attain full resolution with minimal supervision
  • A dynamic team player; flexible to changes in job nature as and when required
  • Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours and weekends
