When\'s The Last Time You Had Fun At Work? An energetic, fun, innovative, and growing Oakville real estate group is looking for a Real Estate Team Administrator. Get all the benefits of working directly with an affluent client base and a highly-experienced team in a fast-paced, expanding business environment. You will be working for a top-performing team within Rock Star that has developed a reputation in the luxury home market. You will be directly involved in a variety of projects and tasks, doing things like:
  • Administer and manage our online client management database.
  • Implementing email and social media marketing messaging and strategies.
  • Coordinate client requests with our sales team to ensure proper service levels.
  • Assist with periodic offsite client appreciation events ranging from 20 to 100 attendees.
  • Handle incoming real estate related inquiries and effectively determine client needs.
  • Effectively manage multiple calendars and assist in appointment scheduling.
  • Manage company property listings across multiple real estate boards.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements and transaction submission standards.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Communicate with multiple parties involved with a real estate transaction to make the process as seamless as possible.
Working Hours
  • Full-time in-office position (one weekly work from home day)
  • Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM
What We\'re Looking For We are looking for a Real Estate Team Administrator for one of our internal real estate teams with some specific skills. But we are open to anything else you may offer or bring to the table. Here are some things that will make you stand out:
  • Systems oriented.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in deal administration and transaction coordination in a real estate environment.
  • Superior organizational ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology savvy, and the ability to learn new ones quickly.
  • A desire to get things done, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for independence from Day 1 (not looking for hand-holding).
  • The ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment while meeting deadlines and service levels.
  • Experience in social media and email marketing is greatly beneficial, but not a requirement.
  • Creativity and energy.
Here\'s The Run Down If you bring new, fresh ideas to the table, we encourage it. We are not looking for an employee. We are looking for a team member, there IS a difference. You will be exposed to and involved in all aspects of business building with a focus on client support and operations. If you are interested in real estate or business development this role will be specifically beneficial to you as we will openly share everything we have done to grow our business. Here\'s the thing\xe2\x80\xa6 We like to have fun at work. So although we work hard, we do it in a casual, fun environment. A resume only says so much about a person, so while just submitting your resume is acceptable, submitting anything else you think is valuable would definitely be beneficial. If you also felt the need to write up a few sentences of why you think this role is a fit, we would happily read that over (quick and casual is much preferred over a formal cover letter). Compensation will be between $ 45,000 and $ 50,000 annually but is open for adjustment based on the successful candidate.
