Summary of the Role

As our Real Estate Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll handle client calls and emails, manage CRM updates, coordinate with agents and other Realtors, set up and track transactions, and provide critical support with contracts and documentation. Your attention to detail, positive energy, and ability to stay organized under pressure will make you an invaluable part of our team.

What You Can Expect

In this role, every day is dynamic. You'll:

Set up and manage real estate transactions, ensuring deadlines are never missed. Support our agents with contract writing and reviewing, making sure every detail is correct. Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and Realtors to keep communication clear and professional. Maintain and improve CRM systems and office processes, helping us grow more efficient. Be the go-to person for keeping the team on track with timelines, paperwork, and follow-ups.
