• Support the real estate acquisition and municipal planning teams with daily tasks, including:
• Obtaining property, ownership, and contact information of landowners.
• Assisting with the preparation of preliminary property sketches.
• Commissioning photo simulations.
• Organizing site visits with surveyors and construction managers.
• Managing and storing real estate data and information.
• Attending site visits and meetings to take notes.
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of municipal approval applications.
• Attending public open houses related to site applications.
• Performing various other related responsibilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multi-tasking.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise Suite.
• 2 years of full-time work experience in a related field.

• Professional accreditation in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of data privacy legislation.
