Team Panag Real Estate Inc. is currently seeking a

Full-Time Real Estate Receptionist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and have prior real estate office experience. Flexibility to occasionally assist with evening or weekend coverage would be an asset, but not essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



Reception duties: answering phones, booking/confirming appointments, sending pages using

BROKERBAY

, greeting clients, receiving deposit cheques, and issuing receipts in a professional manner Inputting new MLS listings, uploading photos, processing price changes/extensions, and reporting sales Drafting offers, waivers, amendments, and other related real estate documents General office administration: typing, drafting letters, scanning documents, restocking office supplies

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT REAL ESTATE.

Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience required


We will only consider candidates with at least one year of experience working at a real estate brokerage
