We're looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized
Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Assistant
to join our growing team! If you're a tech-savvy individual with a strong eye for design and a passion for real estate, this is your opportunity to play a key role in both marketing and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Creation
Get eye catching professional flyers, brochers, just listed, sold/secured flyers, post cards made.
Create short-form videos and Reels for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube Shorts and edit them
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Keep our website, listing pages, and online profiles up to date
Run Fb and Instagram ad campaings
Apply basic SEO strategies to improve content visibility
Administrative & Listing Support
Upload and update property listings on MLS with accurate details and client remarks
Prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other forms using WebForms
Coordinate property showings, open houses, staging, and cleaning services
Track deadlines, ensure all paperwork is compliant, and maintain organized deal files
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other agents to ensure smooth transactions
What You Bring:
Experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram & Facebook)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe preferred)
Basic video editing knowledge for Reels, Stories, and Shorts
Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
Familiarity with real estate transactions, processes, and forms is a
must
Comfortable using TRREB/REALM, BrokerBay, Matrix, GeoWarehouse, WebForms, Authentisign
Requirements:
2+ years in an administrative or marketing role (Real Estate experience is required)
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms & social media tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
