We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic real estate team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a

Key Responsibilities



Input and manage MLS listings, including broker loading, uploading photos, and scanning documentation Process new listings, price changes, extensions, and other related forms Maintain and update client databases and Excel spreadsheets Prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other real estate documents using WebForms Answer client phone calls and route leads to appropriate sales representatives Perform accurate and timely data entry Contact agents for showing feedback Call existing clients to follow up on potential leads, promote events, and maintain engagement Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications



Minimum high school diploma (college-level courses or diploma preferred) 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry Familiarity with MLS systems, WebForms, and standard real estate paperwork Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is an asset Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet use Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.55 per hour

Work Location: In person
