Real Estate Administrative Assistant / Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Receptionist to join our team.Our ideal candidate is someone who has an extreme drive to exceed customer and client expectations and works well independently.Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing all incoming calls into the Brokerage
  • Assisting Office Administrator, Director of Finance, General Manager & Broker of Record daily
  • Assisting Real Estate Agents and their clients with basic functions of their Real Estate Transaction
  • Including the following but is not limited to;
  • Appointment bookings, confirmations, time changes and inquiries
  • Inputting data into multiple MLS systems, including Stratus and Matrix
  • Typing Agreement of Purchase and Sale agreements
  • General office maintenance and assistance with basic technical support
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate mandatory
  • Customer service experience is essential for success
  • Successful candidate will be professional, outgoing, adaptive & possess the ability to stay productive in a high pressure, high stress busy environment
  • Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Knowledge of BrokerBay, NexOne, WebForms, Stratus, Matrix are beneficial
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Real Estate Administration: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
Expected start date: 2022-08-19
