Our focus is on short term and medium term rentals. With respect to short term rentals, we are currently living through a global shift in the hospitality sector towards unique homestyle accommodations that allow travelers to live as the locals do. With remote work increasing travelers are often staying longer than they have been historically and value different types of amenities than they did historically.

The rise in remote work and relocations is also causing unprecedented demand for mid-term rentals. People are choosing to split time between different locations, often renting their home out during their departure and renting a furnished rental for a season or two. Companies are also downsizing their office spaces and choosing to relocate to different locations, often housing employees in a furnished rental during the transition process.

Guestable's service offering for real estate owners ranges from full service property management to marketing and guest services. For guests, Guestable starts by providing a perfect place to stay and then provides an experience that extends beyond the stay. We want all our guests to experience the local city and everything it has to offer.

Role Description:

Guestable is looking to grow in the North American market by building lasting and profitable relationships. The goal of this position will be to increase the awareness of Guestable's service offering in the real estate community. You will be provided with the necessary tools and training to excel in this position and will become a valuable member of the team.

We require this role to report to the office Monday - Friday at 11:00AM - 7:00PM.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
