Role Overview:
As an Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our growth by sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate deals. You will identify high-potential opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and assist property owners in problem-solving--all while maximizing your earning potential. Working closely with a collaborative and ambitious team, you will leverage your sales and real estate expertise to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Management: Identify off-market properties that fit our acquisition criteria.
Negotiations: Lead discussions with property owners to secure deals at or below maximum allowable offers.
Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with property owners and managers.
Sales Outreach: Conduct inbound and outbound calls, hold virtual/in-person meetings, and conduct property viewings to present and close deals.
CRM Utilization: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deals, offers, and property details in our CRM system.
Market Analysis: Use analytics and market insights to identify high-value opportunities and stay informed on real estate trends.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months):
Achieve a consistent annual income of $120,000-$150,000 through successful acquisitions.
Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in categories such as customer touch points, offers made, signed contracts and customer satisfaction.
Successfully negotiate purchase prices at or below maximum allowable offers.
Seamlessly integrate into the company culture and collaborate effectively with transaction and closings teams.
Build relationships and processes that contribute to the company's long-term vision.
Key Qualifications:
Required:
Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in real estate.
Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in any capacity - sales, development, management, investing, or similar.

Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $2,500/month for the first three months, plus commission.
From Month 4: Performance-driven commission-based structure: 15 to 30%.
Potential Earnings: $120,000-$150,000 annually for high performers.
