Join a high performing, commission driven real estate team focused on off market U.S. property acquisitions. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing undervalued properties for resale to investors. This position is fully commission based, rewarding high performers with direct financial upside per closed deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify motivated sellers and undervalued properties using targeted marketing, cold outreach, direct mail, and networking.
Qualify leads, conduct property research, and evaluate potential ROI for investors.
Negotiate preliminary purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all applicable laws.
Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize deals and submit contracts for approval and assignment.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and deal activity within the company CRM.
Implement proven acquisition strategies and contribute to process improvement for scalable deal flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven ability in negotiation, persuasion, and lead generation; real estate experience preferred but not required.
Self motivated and results driven, capable of managing an independent workload with accountability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting deals and maintaining pipeline visibility.
Comfortable operating 100% on commission; performance directly drives income.
Ability to adapt to remote work and multi state property markets.
