Job Description


Our Reagents Operator will join a dedicated Mill Operations team. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor Mill Operations, your role will be to perform the reagent mixing and heavy manual labour duties to assist in the preparation of crushing, milling, and tailings activities. The shift schedule is four days on, four days off, 12 hour day shift. The Opportunity

  • Site clean-up, housekeeping and/or ground work.
  • Safely mix reagents.
  • Always maintain the reagent building housekeeping to the highest standard.
  • When no mixing of reagents is required, the reagent operator will safely perform manual labour or clean up in the form mobile equipment type duties around the crushing area while wearing a respirator. The reagent operator will understand that sometime the crusher will be in operation during that time and is expected to take extra caution while updating their risk assessment tools as the task or conditions change.
  • Equipment clean-up.
  • Pump monitoring.
  • Hose installation and maintenance.
  • Small and medium equipment operation.
  • Be aware of surroundings at all times.
  • Use the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
  • Protect and promote the interest of this company in all matters and to take actions as required to satisfy such responsibilities.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed properly.
  • Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
