Job Opportunity: Skilled Yard Labourer - Lloydminster, AB/SK

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a fast-paced, hands-on team in the ready-to-move home industry? We're looking for a Skilled Yard Labourer to support our dynamic site operations in Lloydminster, where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing:

Site cleaning and general yard maintenance Shimming doors and prepping homes for delivery Operating a Bobcat and other light machinery Assisting with small renovations and repairs Lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs Supporting the team in various construction-related tasks

-What You Bring:

A solid understanding of residential construction (training available for the right candidate) Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Safety-conscious mindset Valid driver's license

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):

Experience with Bobcat or similar equipment Basic carpentry or renovation experience

Location:

Lloydminster, AB/SK - onsite at our ready-to-move home facility
