Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure the efficient movement of goods within our client's warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate a Reach Truck, to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate placement of goods in designated areas. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage order picking processes. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards. Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and order accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years Raymond Single Deep Reach Truck Experience Minimum 2 years Order Picking experience Experience using an RF Scanner Gun Proven experience in warehouse distribution, with a strong focus on forklift operation. Familiarity with reach trucks, and other material handling equipment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise. Ability to perform heavy lifting, with the capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management. Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and reporting. A valid forklift operator certification is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
