Ce role est responsable d'une gamme de taches administratives, notamment la reponse et le transfert des appels, la prise et la transmission des messages, l'accueil et l'enregistrement des visiteurs, ainsi que d'autres taches generales de bureau et administratives au besoin. De plus, le receptionniste doit egalement travailler avec l'equipe des ressources humaines pour les soutenir dans les fonctions RH telles que le recrutement, l'integration des employes et les taches administratives.
Principales responsabilites
Reception
Effectuer au jour le jour l'execution des taches administratives pour assurer un excellent soutien administratif.
Prend et transmet des messages aux personnes appropriees.
Accueille, enregistre et fournit aux visiteurs des badges d'acces et veille a la mise en oeuvre de la politique de securite.
Notifie les personnes internes appropriees de l'arrivee des visiteurs.
Receptionne les colis et notifie les personnes appropriees de l'arrivee des colis.
Envoie le courrier (poste, coursiers, FEDEX, etc.).
S'occupe des taches de gestion des documents, y compris le classement et des taches comptables de base telles que la saisie des donnees de facturation dans le systeme.
Assure une gestion appropriee du budget alimentaire (repas, fruits et collations).
Cree un inventaire des fournitures de bureau, des bons de taxi et des cadeaux pour les clients.
Aide les membres de l'equipe sur divers projets au besoin (evenements, conferences, recherche, etc.).
Entreprend toute tache raisonnablement demandee par l'equipe de direction.
Recrutement et integration des employes
Preparer la documentation pour les nouvelles embauches
Emettre des cartes d'acces
Autres taches administratives telles que mise a jour des descriptions de poste

Fournir un soutien a l'equipe des RH concernant des projets et d'autres taches assignees telles que :
Envoi d'avis de communication aux employes d'Axis
Gestion des cartes d'acces et du systeme Key King
Experience
minimum 1 an d'experience professionnelle dans un role similaire. Maitrise totale de l'utilisation d'un systeme telephonique a lignes multiples.

Exigence minimale: DEP
Logiciel
Excellente maitrise de l'ordinateur avec MS Outlook, Internet, ainsi que la capacite a apprendre rapidement d'autres applications logicielles, MS Office.

General Description of the Role
This role is responsible for a range of administrative duties including answering and transferring calls, taking and relaying messages, greets and signs in visitors, and providing other general clerical and administrative duties as required. In addition, the Receptionist must also work with the Human Resources team to support them with HR functions such as recruitment, employee integration, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Reception
Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure excellent administrative support.
Takes and relays messages to appropriate individuals.
Greets, signs in and provides visitors with access badges and ensures implementation of the security policy.
Notifies appropriate internal individuals about visitors' arrival.
Receives packages and notifies appropriate individuals of package arrivals.
Send out mail (post, couriers, FEDEX, etc.).
Attend to document management tasks including, filing and basic accounting tasks such as entering invoicing data in the system.
Ensure proper management of food budget (meals, fruits and snacks).
Create an inventory of office supplies, taxi vouchers and customer give aways/gifts.
Assist team members on various projects where required (events, conferences, research, etc.).
Contact printer company.
Undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by the senior management team.
Recruitment & Employee integration
Prepare documentation for new hires
Issue access cards
Other administrative tasks (such as updating job descriptions)
Administration
Provide support to HR team regarding projects and other assigned tasks such as:
Sending communication notices to Axis employees
Manage access cards and Key King system
Experience
1+ years of job-related work experience in a similar role. Full proficiency at operating a multi-line phone system
Education
Minimum requirement: DEP
Software
Strong computer proficiency in MS Outlook, internet along with the ability to quickly learn other software applications, MS Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
