Responsabilites principales:




Accueillir chaleureusement les clients qui visitent la concession ;

Utiliser un systeme telephonique a plusieurs lignes, filtrer et transferer les appels entrants aux personnes appropriees ;

Prendre les messages ;

Stocker les nouveaux arrivages ;

Distribuer les rendez-vous CRM aux conseillers en question ;

Faire les paiements de vehicule a la banque ;

Classer les dossiers du departement de service hebdomadairement ;

Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes requises et demandees par les responsables.


Qualifications et competences requises

:

Excellentes competences en matiere de planification et d'organisation; Competences informatiques de base (MS Office); Capacite a identifier les besoins des clients et a y repondre; Pouvoir communiquer en francais et en anglais afin de repondre aux besoins de notre clientele bilingue; Communiquer de facon professionnelle par telephone et courriel; Identifier et traiter les priorites afin d'atteindre les objectifs; Avoir une aisance a transiger avec une clientele d'affaires; Avoir de la facilite et de l'interet a travailler en equipe.

Main responsibilities:



Provide a warm welcome to customers who visit the dealership; Operate a multi-line telephone system, screen and transfer incoming calls to appropriate persons; Take messages; Stock new arrivals; Distribute CRM appointments to relevant advisors; Make vehicle payments to the bank; Classify service department files on a weekly basis; Carry out any other related tasks required and requested by managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills:




Excellent planning and organizational skills; Basic computer skills (MS Office); Ability to identify and respond to client needs;
Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
Communicate professionally by phone and email; Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to deal with a business clientele; * Ability and interest in working in a team environment.
