Le receptionniste est responsable d'un large eventail de taches administratives. Cela comprend l'accueil et l'assistance des visiteurs, la reponse et le transfert de tous les appels entrants et la prise de rendez-vous. Responsabilites :
? Accueillir et saluer courtoisement les clients et le grand public ;
? Repondre, filtrer et transferer tous les appels entrants ;
? Veiller a ce que la reception soit toujours propre et ordonnee et reflete une image professionnelle ;
? Preparer les badges visiteurs, si necessaire ;
? Effectuer des taches administratives ;
? Reserver les salles de reunion, si necessaire ;
? Verifier et mettre a jour l'annuaire telephonique interne, si necessaire ;
? Entretenir la kitchenette et commander les fournitures, selon les besoins ;
? Fournir un service haut de gamme aux clients, notamment en informant directement les avocats de leur arrivee, en les accompagnant a la salle de reunion, en assurant la liaison, en prenant les manteaux, les commandes de boissons, l'acces wifi, etc. ;
? Agir en tant que formateur a la reception et chef d'equipe - creer des horaires pour les equipes de reception et de reservation des salles de reunion afin de garantir une couverture adequate en cas de conges, de postes vacants ou de conges maladie ;
? Encadrer les nouvelles recrues de l'equipe et fournir au responsable une evaluation initiale globale ;
? Documenter toutes les procedures pertinentes, tant celles de Ricoh que celles relatives a la securite des clients, en veillant au respect global des politiques ;
? Faciliter les fonctions administratives executives afin de soutenir directement le directeur des operations ;
? Accomplir d'autres taches assignees par le responsable.
Qualifications :
? Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent
? Au moins 2 ans d'experience en reception

? Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite

? Forte motivation personnelle pour obtenir des resultats
? Capacite a etablir des priorites et a gerer son temps

Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for a wide range of office duties. This includes greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring all incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Acts as Reception Trainer and Team Lead. May also be required to maintain kitchenettes and ordering of supplies.
Responsibilities:
? Courteously greet and welcome customers and general members of the public;
? Answers, screen and direct all incoming calls;
? Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a professional image;
? Prepare visitor badges, as required;
? Perform administrative support tasks;
? Meeting room bookings, as required;
? Review and update internal telephone directory, as required;
? Maintain kitchenette and order supplies, as required;
? Performs "white glove service" for clients which includes informing layers directly of their arrival - escorting to boardroom, liaising, taking coats, beverage orders, wifi access, etc .;
? Acts as Reception Trainer and Team Lead - creates schedules for Reception and Boardroom booking teams to ensure adequate coverage is available for vacation / open positions / sick time;
? Mentors new team hires and provides manager with overall initial assessments;
? Documents all relevant procedures, both Ricoh and client security, ensuring overall compliance to policies;
? Facilitates executive Admin functions to support COO directly;
? Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications

? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 year reception experience
