, pour se joindre a notre equipe. Veritable premier point de contact de la clinique, la personne ideale offrira un service a la clientele exceptionnel et assurera le bon fonctionnement des operations administratives quotidiennes.
Ce poste requiert d'excellentes competences en communication, une aisance avec les outils informatiques et la capacite a gerer plusieurs taches dans un environnement dynamique.
Une experience dans le domaine medical ou optique est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
Taches et responsabilites
Accueillir chaleureusement les patients et visiteurs, en offrant une experience positive des leur arrivee.
Assurer la gestion des appels et des courriels avec professionnalisme, en fournissant aux patients l'information necessaire sur les services de la clinique.
Planifier, confirmer et gerer les rendez-vous.
Gerer les dossiers medicaux : creation, classement, archivage et mise a jour.
Facturer les patients et equilibrer la caisse en fin de journee.
Effectuer diverses taches administratives.
Maintenir l'aire d'accueil propre, accueillante et organisee en tout temps.
Collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe clinique pour assurer la fluidite des operations.
Profil recherche
Excellentes aptitudes en service a la clientele et en communication (francais et anglais).
Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Rigueur, souci du detail et sens de l'organisation.
Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites avec calme et efficacite.
Esprit d'equipe, patience et attitude professionnelle.
Autonomie, fiabilite et initiative.
Formation et experience
Diplome d'etudes secondaires (Requis).
Minimum 2 ans d'experience en service a la clientele (Requis).
Parfaitement bilingue (francais et anglais, parle et ecrit).
DEP, AEC ou certificat en bureautique, secretariat ou domaine connexe (atout).
Experience en clinique medicale ou optique (atout).

Position Overview
We are seeking a
professional receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for the clinic, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with computer tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the medical or optical field is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism, providing patients with accurate information about the clinic's services.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Handle medical records: creation, filing, archiving, and updating.
Process patient billing and balance the cash register at the end of the day.
Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
