What You'll Do
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Provide exceptional customer service in both French and English, in person and remotely.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging apps.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
Handle small issues or emergencies (e.g., lockouts, maintenance requests) efficiently and professionally.
Keep records, reservations, and activity logs up to date.
Contribute to improving guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience.
What We're Looking For
Fully bilingual in
French and English
(spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
mindset.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Previous experience in hospitality, short-term rental management, or customer service (an asset).
Good knowledge of Montreal and local attractions (a plus).
