Job SummaryWhat is the opportunity?As the Director, RBCx Employee Experience, you will partner with the RBCx Leadership team, key partners like HR & Communications, and the external tech community to develop a strategy for and deliver an integrated program of exceptional people experience in RBCx. This includes experiences that help employees learn, grow, and contribute to RBCx.Please note that the role is a 12-month fixed contract.What will you do?Leads an integrated program of strategic initiatives that deliver exceptional employee experiences that impact culture, technology, and the workplace for RBCx employees.Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify, track, and monitor key employee experience initiatives; including Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Real Estate, and other Technology, Line of Business, and Functions partners.Oversees activities on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.Manages across multiple initiatives with high amounts of value (benefit/cost), complexity, and uncertainty.Reports to senior business and technology executives on the progress of employee experience initiatives within a strategic framework that measures success against key performance metrics, change management strategies, and employee adoption/sentiment.Develops and evolves a framework for monitoring and evaluating the success of employee experience initiatives based on the \xe2\x80\x9cvoice of the employee\xe2\x80\x9d.Provides deep insight into employee experience best practices, challenges, and opportunities. Seen as a trusted point person for all cross-functional employee experience initiatives.Gathers feedback on employee adoption and sentiment to gauge success against key performance metrics and provide input to initiative owners so they may evolve their strategies for optimal impact.What do you need to succeed?Must have:10+ years of overall experience/3-5 years of leadership experienceDemonstrated leadership in the area of people experience including development/ownership of project/program portfoliosExperience in strategizing, designing, building, and delivering high-impact employee experience programs in a start-up or entrepreneurial environmentCollaborative leadership and stellar communication skillsUnderstand the business rationale for and impact of programsExperience working in an agile, produce management environmentExperience leading programs with a high level of value (benefit/cost) across different functions/stakeholder groupsConceptual thinking \xe2\x80\x93 ability to think on one\xe2\x80\x99s feet, and differentiate between context vs content by developing frameworksNice-to-have:Collaborative leader, strategic influencer, exceptional storyteller, at ease with senior executives, and skilled in fostering innovation at all levels within an organization.Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.Advanced knowledge of change managementAdvanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsWhat\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
