Job Description
```
Duties:
- Load and unload baggage from aircrafts, ensuring proper handling and care
- Transport baggage to designated areas using carts or other equipment
- Sort and organize baggage based on flight destinations
- Ensure accuracy of baggage tags and match them with corresponding flights
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling baggage
- Assist passengers with any inquiries or issues related to their baggage
- Clean and prepare Aircraft for Remaining Over Night (RON) at the airport.
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for accurately matching baggage tags
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and passengers
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of baggage handlers, if necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers in a professional and friendly manner
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting, as the job may involve moving heavy bags or equipment
- Customer service experience is preferred, as the role involves assisting passengers
Please note that this position is in a warehouse setting and may require working in various weather conditions.
