Source Atlantic is seeking a Quotes & Contracts Coordinator in Saint John, NB

Reporting to the Strategic Business Opportunities Manager, the key responsibilities of the Quotes & Contracts Administrator include:

Identifying & compiling data (from multiple industries and vendors) to prepare competitive quotes and tender responses in a deadline based environment Coordinating resources to implement and manage customer contracts Communicating with multiple internal resources to prepare documentation for time sensitive customer requests

The ideal candidate possesses:

Post-secondary education (University or College) Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must be organized, detailed and deadline oriented Demonstrated problem solving skills Interested in continuous process improvement Ability to multi-task
