The Quote Specialist

is a fundamental role within the Apogee Team that is primarily focused on the daily processing and issuance of quotes and data entry. This entry-level role provides a challenging and rewarding opportunity for professional development, insurance education, networking, and introduction to a variety of different career paths for future advancement.


JOB FUNCTIONS:




Data entry and creation of insurance proposals for delivery to customers Give great attention to detail while providing accurate insurance proposals, ensuring that all information is correct and complete Monitor and load daily submissions in AIM database Help to manage Apogee's shared Policies email inbox Responsible for maintaining proper records and updated customer contracts Assist account managers in the processing and servicing of issued direct billed binders and policies Provide a high level of customer service in all customer and company interactions through verbal and written communication Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects, as well as reporting on results

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:




This position demands an organized, self-motivated team player with the urgency, thoroughness, and time management skills to make a positive impact on our business Drive for self-improvement and openness to receive feedback will unlock future potential and advancement 1-2 years of hands-on experience in customer service or communication is preferred Prior insurance product knowledge and insurance education - a plus! Must obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of start date
