Under the direction of the Regional Director of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the certification and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will work with various departments to ensure that Systemair products and services meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. As our Quality Supervisor, you will work to identify and resolve quality-related issues while aiming for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with Systemair's strategic objectives and global standards.
Support, manage and lead the quality team and foster a positive and safe work environment.
Assist the human capital department in people management processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
Oversee and manage internal and external audits.
Track and analyze quality KPIs to identify trends and drive cross-departmental improvements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues through structured root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Assist with the design and implementation of quality training across the organization.
Serve as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
Lead discovery and implementation of future ISO regulations.
Standardize quality processes, policies, and documentation.
Develop and provide regular reports to leadership on quality metrics, risks, and key initiatives.
Skills, Education, and/or Experience
Education in quality, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a Quality leadership position or similar role preferred.
Previous experience with quality standards, software, and documentation preferred.
Quality-related certifications, e.g. ISO 9001 Foundations and Auditor courses, preferred.
Previous experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, regulations, and market trends.
Familiarity with Health and Safety guidelines.
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
Technical skills required for computers and tablets.
Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
