? We're hiring a
Quality Supervisor
to join our team in maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and product excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality systems, documentation and hands-on production.
Our Mission: To manufacture the highest quality flavouring on the market by selecting harmless, quality raw materials that make our products safe for human consumption.
As part of the services of Flavour Art North America, the Beamsville facility provides manufacturing, testing, storage and distribution of synthetic and natural flavouring used across many industries. By joining our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Total Quality Management system practiced by our team.
Responsibilities
Review Batch Reporting for accuracy and completeness
Sign off on Cleaning Tickets
Organize and log raw material and finished goods certificates of analysis (COA's)
Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) binders
Assist in HACCP plan reviews and revisions
Participate in internal audits, KPI cross audits, and mock recall procedures
Support external audits, inspections, and corrective action closures
Schedule third-party testing/calibrations and perform internal calibrations
Conduct product, safety, and cleaning inspections
Manufacture small-batch production runs (Custom blends, specialty products)
Support full-scale production
Perform sampling and testing of finished goods
Conduct lab analysis of non-conformances and vendor samples
Prepare samples and assist with formulation of new blends
Assist in other production areas as needed
Engage in Regulatory inspections
What We're Looking For
Experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Manufacturing (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO and QMS systems is an asset
ERP familiarity
Comfortable performing lab testing and hands-on production work
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Food Manufacturing & Production (preferred)
Post secondary education in Science or Agriculture

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
