What you'll do
Work Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM EST
Generate the transit time of shipments and monitor the performance
Support all area functions (Operations, Marketing & Sales, ISP's etc.) in business process standardization and improvement efforts (support process analysis, process definition, process documentation and implementation)
Generate the incident management report and follow up
Maintain and control the QMS Manual
Responsible for the introduction of QMS to the organization (organize and execute training and ensure training manuals/documents are available)
Perform process monitoring and auditing (non-financial audits)
Conduct internal operational exception investigations, including:
POD/photo verification
Transit/transfer record verification
Exception case validation and follow-up
Last-mile (AP) billing verification
Take up additional tasks as assigned
Provide backup support for other team members when necessary
Qualifications
Experience in quality management position in related industry
Experience of conducting quality improvement projects on the critical-to-quality issues is a plus
Experience in inventory/warehouse/logistics is a plus
Excellent Data Analysis ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills

Good report writing skills
Good presentation is preferred

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 45,000 CAD per year(Vancouver)
40,000 - 45,000 CAD per year(Toronto)
