Job Summary


Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality System. Process customer and vendor returns. Assist in promoting a total quality environment and ensuring

the continual improvement of branch products and processes.

Key Accountabilities:

Investigate reason for, document, report, review and process customer returns. Investigate reason for, document, report, and review vendor returns (Return Purchase Orders) Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System: + Maintenance and calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment
+ Branch Management Quality System Reviews
+ Internal Quality System Audits
+ Customer lead audits/visits
Conduct root cause investigations and make recommendations for corrective and preventative actions Provide internal and external technical assistance Assist in continual improvement projects in the capacity of branch Lean Focal + Ensure audits are completed and scores are posted on the intranet in a timely manner
+ Ensure that meetings take place, no more than 10 minutes
+ Identify areas for improvement
+ Assist Regional Lean Focal with prep work for workshops (AIWs)
+ Maintain all visual boards, pictures, audit history and newsletters
+ Maintain Shared Vision Board, Corp and local area

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience or training in ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 Quality systems, Lean training and computer experience.

Preferred Requirements:

ASQ certification 3 years Quality Assurance/Control experience Lean training, Safety/OSHA, metal experience and or training

Responsabilites cles :

+ participer aux revisions du systeme de gestion de la qualite de la succursale;
+ participer aux audits internes du systeme qualite;
+ participer aux audits ou visites dirigees par les clients;
mener des enquetes visant a determiner la cause fondamentale des problemes, formuler des recommandations et produire des demandes d'actions correctives; fournir une assistance technique interne et externe; participer a des projets d'amelioration continue a titre de specialiste de la gestion allegee de la succursale; + s'assurer que les audits sont effectues et que les resultats sont affiches en temps opportun sur le site intranet;
+ veiller a ce que des reunions, d'une duree maximale de 10 minutes, aient lieu;
+ reperer les occasions d'amelioration;
+ aider le specialiste regional de la gestion allegee a preparer les ateliers d'amelioration continue;
+ garder a jour tous les tableaux d'affichage, les photos, les recits d'audits et les bulletins;
+ garder a jour le tableau d'affichage commun au siege social et dans la succursale.

Qualifications :

Exigences minimales :

diplome d'etudes secondaires ou formation generale equivalente; experience ou formation relative a la norme ISO9001:2008 ou AS9100/9120; connaissance des systemes qualite, formation en gestion allegee et experience en informatique.

Atouts :

certification ASQ; trois ans d'experience en assurance ou en controle de la qualite; formation en gestion allegee, en securite (OSHA ou CSST) et experience ou formation relative aux metaux.
