As the Quality Manager (US/Canada) - Wellbeing & Stimulation, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, assuring, and managing quality systems and processes both internally and externally. This position is critical for ensuring that the quality standards of internal operations and third-party suppliers within the tiered category network align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. The role will primarily focus on supporting the local Wellbeing & Stimulation subsidiary in the US and Canada, with occasional involvement in global quality activities as needed.Core Relationships:
Internal: Collaborates closely with US and Canadian Wellbeing and Stimulation (W&S) subsidiaries, W&S Operations, Research and Development (R&D) teams, Packaging department, and Global Quality division.
External: Engages with third-party service providers, including manufacturing facilities, warehousing centers, and distribution partners.Geographic Scope:
Primary focus on the United States and Canada.Travel Requirements:

Regulatory Quality Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by managing the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation following global standards and policies.
- Oversee locally led changes, including those related to Packaging and Distribution, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide support during external quality audits conducted by regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
- Monitor changes in local regulatory requirements and update quality documentation accordingly, while communicating any changes to the global quality team.
- Manage deviations to local procedures and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain and update local skill matrices and training programs to ensure staff qualifications meet regulatory standards.Quality Assurance in Project and Process Design:
- Assess and manage risks associated with locally led activities through thorough risk assessments.Contract Service Provider Quality Management:
- Assist in the selection process of 3rd Party Service Providers by defining key quality requirements and conducting quality audits.
- Ensure the qualification of 3rd Party Service Providers through effective quality audits, CAPA management, and establishment of quality agreements.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs for 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure compliance with quality standards.In-Market Quality Management:
- Investigate and address consumer complaints and adverse events promptly and effectively.
- Manage the Product Review Team, overseeing local communication, trending, and review of consumer complaints and adverse events.
- Provide relevant data, including KPIs, to the Global Quality Team for trend analysis.
- Support product recalls and manage mock recalls as required.-Support Global Quality Activities:
- Maintain and update global QMS documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide assistance in globally led changes and external regulatory audits.
- Support the management of deviations to global procedures and participate in new product development activities.
- Conduct risk assessments for globally led activities and requalify global service providers through quality audits and CAPA management.
- Perform batch release activities for contract manufacturers.Qualifications
Experience Required
3+ Years Professional Quality Experience within industries such as Dietary Supplements, Natural Health Product or Pharmaceutical.
Experience of developing and managing Quality Systems (e.g. Procedure creation Document Management, Change Control and Consumer Complaints)
Competent auditor with experience of evaluating and assessing Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers, warehousing and distribution partners.
Experience in Managing 3rd Party Service providers across a broad range of technical processes such as material suppliers (packaging, ingredients, etc.) contract manufacturers, warehouse and distribution partners.
Experience in managing and delivering training programmes.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice for Natural Health Products and/or Dietary Supplements
Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills,
Track-record of managing senior stakeholders across the commercial and operational business.
Use of Risk Management tools such as FMEA or HACCP
Excellent level of report writing
Experience with implementing continuous improvement projects.
Experience working within weekly and monthly control cycles.
Ability to work autonomously.Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
Bachelor of Science degree applied Science, e.g. Chemistry, Biology
