We're looking for an experienced
Quality Manager
who can lead our quality assurance efforts while also supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control measures.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Prepare for and manage internal, customer, and third-party audits
Manage and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection reports, and NCR
Own the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer communications
Skills
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in quality control.
Proficient in quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Expertise in quality assurance principles and practices, including QA/QC standards.
Experience working with the CAR standards and regulations
Proven experience in quality management systems development and implementation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
