Lead quality assurance activities for the site, ensuring Quality System requirements are documented, implemented and maintained.
Ensure monthly reports are completed and accurate and that any opportunity for improvement is explored and reported to Plant Management.
Manage Notice Of Disputes (NOD's), claim investigations and RCCA's.
Work closely with sales to respond to customer quality complaints.
Partner with Operations, Sales and Customer Service to reduce non-conforming product, optimize quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct Quality Work Group (QWG) meetings to resolve problems and focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain and enforce quality standards including good housekeeping protocols, supporting operations in customer and third-party audits.
Foster strong relationships and communication with internal and external departments and stakeholders.
Plan, conduct and document all quality related training with established frequency.
Lead the Pre-print division in pursuing industry related certifications g. IFS PAC Secure, FSC, GFSI and related systems.
