Your responsibilities

  • Support implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 certification and the integrated management system (IMS).
  • Track progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and act on deviations from targets.
  • Contribute to process enhancements related to document management and applies the document management system efficiently.
  • Code issued documents, ensures that reviews, numbering, distribution, filing, and registration are in compliance with procedures.
  • Support the preparation and assist internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with all other departments.

Your background

  • Certificate, DEC or bachelor’s degree (in progress) in engineering with interest in quality assurance, continuous improvement or equivalence.
  • Knowledge required: ISO 9001:2015, process documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and statistical calculation.
  • Skills and qualities: Leadership, rigor, ease of learning, team spirit, ability to take on multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Bilingualism French / English (Spoken/ written).
