We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team and ensure that our components and finished assemblies meet the highest standards.

Position Summary



The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities



Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions to verify product compliance. Use a variety of inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and multimeters. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality databases. Identify and report nonconformities, work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment. Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a hardware or electronics manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies including knowledge of IPC standards. Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical specifications. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions



Regular exposure to a manufacturing/assembly environment. May require standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 35 lbs. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
