Job Description

Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a strong background in quality management and manufacturing processes, along with excellent analytical skills to assess and improve quality control measures.

Quality Inspector - Responsibilities



1. Product Inspection & Verification



Perform

incoming, in-process, and final inspections

on parts, components, and assemblies. Verify

dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish

using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.). Compare finished products to

engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards

. Conduct

first article inspections (FAI)

and prepare related reports.

2. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain

accurate inspection records

and

quality documentation

(inspection reports, NCRs, deviation forms, etc.). Report non-conformances and assist in identifying

root causes

and

corrective actions

. Support

traceability requirements

for materials and parts.

3. Process Control & Continuous Improvement



Monitor and ensure

process compliance

to company and customer standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.). Work with production and engineering teams to

reduce defects

and

improve process capability

. Participate in

quality audits

and assist with corrective/preventive action implementation.

4. Tools & Equipment



Ensure

measuring instruments are calibrated

and properly maintained. Use

CMM, vision systems, gauges, and other precision inspection tools

as required.

5. Safety & Compliance



Follow all

company safety procedures

and maintain a clean, organized inspection area. Ensure

compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements

.

6. Team Collaboration



Communicate clearly with

production, engineering, and quality departments

regarding inspection results. Support training for operators and other staff on

quality standards and inspection techniques

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
