Job Description

Position Summary



Inspect and report in process manufacturing activities and materials in compliance with all ISO 9001 quality standards.

Duties



1. Inspection of incoming materials.

2. Process audit on all work stations.

3. Perform pre-shipment checks.

4. Handling and reporting of returned goods (RMA).

5. Prepare trend analysis of quality issues.

a. Leak Data analysis

b. Copper and Aluminum scrap analysis

6. Write non-conformance reports.

7. Follow up on the recommended corrective actions and report to management.

8. Participate annually in the ISO audit to ensure company wide compliance.

9. Participate in the annual review of ISO policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

10. Calibration of measuring instruments.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Education



Minimum two year diploma in Mechanical/Industrial field

Experience



A minimum 2 years experience in light engineering manufacturing facility. Practical knowledge to ISO 9001: 2015 is required. Experience in Automotive/Sheet Metal industry is preferred.

Skills



Knowledge of quality assurance strategies Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening); Excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Able to read Sheet Metal drawings
