Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality management principles, as well as experience in manufacturing processes. The Quality Engineering Specialist will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and control measures throughout the production cycle.

Duties

Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications. Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality management systems that align with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance product performance. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations for improvements. Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance practices for production staff. Participate in audits and assessments to ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience in quality inspection, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
