Program Description The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is looking for talented leaders to significantly strengthen its leadership depth and play an integral role in the current and future success of the organization. The Manufacturing Co-op Program provides business and engineering students with practical work experience in leadership and technical areas. The program allows the organization to build a pipeline of candidates for future permanent openings, and the students gain a better understanding of the various job opportunities available throughout Goodyear.
Details around the student\'s tasks during the internship would really be dependent on what project they were assigned, but any project would involve troubleshooting, trial and error through hands on experimentation, validation of their findings, summarizing results and presenting the outcome.
Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in the following areas - Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must have completed first year of classes (incoming sophomore level or higher)
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
