is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of High-Voltage Advanced Power Electronics products targeted at the medical X-ray field.

Our customers are integrators of radiography, mammography, fluoroscopy, cardiology and CT systems. They are small, medium-sized and Tier 1 leaders of the X-ray medical industry mainly based in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Manage and develop the Quality system. Define and implement the company's Quality initiatives and ensure that company standards and objectives are met.

Specific Responsibilities:



Maintain and improve the quality system in accordance with ISO 13485 standards and the requirements of various regulatory agencies Implement quality targets and ensure the implementation of strategies, plans, and programs to improve quality levels and reduce costs related to non-conformities Monitor key performance indicators and submit recommendations to improve production performance Manage the non-conformity process Collaborate with customer service to assess and address customer complaints Manage CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) meetings Initiate projects for continuous process improvement Coordinate and coach the work of quality inspectors at various stages of operations Report quality-related information to management on a monthly or ad hoc basis Validate the implementation and maintenance of our quality requirements with suppliers Audit or organize supplier audits Assist the project management department during client meetings and identify follow-up actions to be taken with clients Prepare and update the company's technical manuals All other related tasks

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) Fundamental knowledge of electronic and mechanical components Knowledge of ISO 13485 related to medical devices, an asset Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices, an asset Knowledge of the RoHS directive, an asset Fluent in spoken and written French and English Excellent communication skills Ability to persuade Team player Results-oriented

Experience:



Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality-related roles within the electronic circuit manufacturing industry or equivalent Personnel management
