Quality Control Technician (Night Shift)

In Brampton, under the responsibility of the Quality Control Manager, the position holder assists the latter in his functions. (Night shift)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Carries out and interprets tests for the following departments: Quality Control, Production and Technical Services, according to the needs Does the quality verification and evaluation of the products (raw materials / finished goods) Prepares the certificates of analysis Prepares statistics data Communicates various data to the concerned departments Applies the procedure for the quarantined products Applies good laboratory practices Maintains his/her work area Carries out special projects when needed Gives a daily report of activities to the QC Manager Participates in the application of the ISO standards
You need:

CD in Chemistry or in Science of Nature and 1 year experience in a similar environment. Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Outlook, AS-400 is an asset Proficient in the preparation and production of tests and in chemical analysis interpretation Very good coordination and dexterity Detailed (rigorous) Good time and priorities management Good analytical capacity

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
