About us

Xpert Aero Technologies limited company manufactures aerospace components and assemblies. It is mandatory for the applicant to have experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards

Duties:

- MCOMOS CMM, 1st off and work in progress inspections

- Perform quality inspections on components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and CMM .

- Perform FAI's
- Collect and analyze data to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Skills:

- Must have knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards

- Must have programming knowledge of MCOSMOS CMM

- Strong knowledge of GD&T

- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to perform accurate measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Note: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour
