We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and enhance our manufacturing quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will lead quality inspection activities, analyze production data, and implement quality management strategies to ensure products meet the highest standards. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities across production lines
Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols aligned with industry standards
Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives to address quality issues promptly
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with quality specifications
Manage documentation related to quality metrics, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports
Train team members on QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and best practices in quality management
Participate in project management activities related to new product launches or process upgrades
Experience
Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control and assurance,
Injection Molding experience preferred.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
Extensive knowledge of quality inspection techniques and quality management systems (QMS)
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications
Experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and drive continuous improvement initiatives
