EnReach Hot Tap Services Inc is company that specializes in hot tapping, line stopping, and related services to the Western Canadian Oil and Gas industry.

We are looking for someone to be a key part of our team as a Quality Control Manager in our Red Deer Office. The successful candidate will be proactive, detailed, works safely, and is only satisfied with a job being done right!

We need someone who:

Is familiar with oil field construction and maintenance activities. Knowledgeable ASME and CSA codes, Jurisdictional standards and Acts. Understands welding procedures and welder qualification requirements. Is Familiar with Pressure Piping materials and Material Test Reports. Is Familiar with NDE Inspections and Requirements. Is familiar with Engineering documents and drawings (ISO's, P&IDs, LDTs, GAs, etc.). Has Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft 365 Suite and Adobe. Can work as part of a team.
What you'll do:

Build Weld maps, Redlines, Pressure Test Packages, Torque Packages. Build Client Work Packages with compliance to client specific requirements. Review Work Packages and Complete turnover packages for Clients. Controller of the Quality Control Manuals. Primary point of contact for Quality Audits. Maintain Compliance with ABSA, TSBC, TSASK and regulatory authorities. Project materials receiving and tracking. Develop and implement quality control processes. Follow EnReach's Health, Safety, and Environment System.
Experience we are looking for:

7+ years of experience with quality control and welding inspection. Experience with multiple Oil and Gas Company turnover requirements an asset. CSA W178.2 Certification is an asset but not mandatory. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Valid Drives License and Clean abstract.
