Job Description

In-Process Checks:

Conduct quality inspections during production of laser machines (CO? and fiber), verifying alignment, wiring, mechanical fit, and calibration accuracy.

Documentation & Reporting:

Complete and maintain QC forms ( checklists, CAPA reports), record test data, and prepare non-conformance reports for management review.

Cross-Department Support:

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and align with customer requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Support Lean/Kaizen activities to improve QC processes, reduce rework, and enhance product quality.

Training & Guidance:

Provide feedback to assembly technicians and operators on quality standards and proper inspection methods.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
