As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

Overview:



The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in measuring machined parts and fabrications, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

As QC Inspector, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring the produced parts match the requirements and dimensions layout in the drawing.

Responsibilities:



Conduct inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges, etc.) Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Identify and report non-conforming parts and assist in corrective actions. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues. Ensure adherence to ISO9001 and company quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

Required Qualifications:



A Deep knowledge of machining and fabrication and ability to interpret engineering drawings is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience as QC Inspector or Machinist in a machine shop environment. Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong technical knowledge of machining processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
