Summary



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production products meet our quality standards before they are shipped out. Your keen eye and commitment to excellence will help maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles and be skilled in quality control and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities



Maintain the quality control system and processes to ensure that all products and services meet quality standards. Compile and analyze QA reports, shipment logs, and inventory data to support operational and management decisions. Inspect incoming raw materials and in-process production to identify defects or deviations from quality standards and to conduct final inspections on finished products before shipment Oversee the full product flow--from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch--ensuring accurate records and smooth logistics operations. Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices. Document and report quality issues or discrepancies to manager or supervisor Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities. Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications



Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with QA/QC tools and inspection techniques.
